The Hardy Bosun 20 supersedes the successful Family Pilot 20, utilising the same well proven hull.

This excellent small boat is suitable for outboard engines up to 75HP.

Hull - GRP, initial lay-up Lloyds approved isophthalic gelcoat and resin. Subsequent lay-up orthophthalic resin and reinforced with waterproof plywood and Trevira. Hand bonded, resin coated waterproof plywood grid and bulkheads. Integral bonded internal mouldings. Moulded integral outboard well. Strong encapsulated plywood reinforced transom

Superstructure

GRP, with balsa and Trevira reinforcing. Bonded and encapsulated waterproof plywood beds and foundations. Bonded and bolted to hull with stainless steel fixings.
